To create the panel, the Multiparameters need to be put in a Group - all you need to do for that is type in a Group name ("Limiter" in this case)
When finished, save it as a Preset.

If you have trouble remembering what your Multiparameters do:

If you want a new paragraph use the html <p><p>
And for bold text surround the text with <b> and </b>
