1. I often use tempo synchronised pre delays. Is it possible to add it for reverbs?
2. I also use tempo synchronised release time for compression.
Only simple ideas, but maybe usefull? So I don't need a delay time calculator anymore.

I'm afraid that it's far from that simple. For reverbs it is even hard to say what it would even mean, because there is no specific time for reverbs. What seems like a solution would be similar feature that is in text for frequencies - piano. Here there would be beat measures instead. It wouldn't follow tempo changes though, but that's hard to do anyway.
