the folder for the Tracktion plugs (T7) installed on the hard drive?

Do you mean the folder the integrated Marketplaces downloads plugins to?
If so, go to the "Marketplace" Settings page and you'll see the location for each of the formats.

I mean the T7 plugs like Aux Send, Aux Return, Volume level, Meter, Text.

They show in a folder called Untagged but I can't find the folder.

They don't have files on the hard drive, they're built in to the app.
You can still tag them from the search panel though to get them to appear in the tagged plugin menu.
