Browsing the new homepage is a mess, most links if not all are just broken and the main page also seems to have a wrong URL, just saying...

Works fine here. Can you name any broken link specifically?

Sorry if I missed it - which Browser / OS?
--------------------------------------
All OK here.
It looks clean and tidy to me, pleasing choice of colours too. Minimalistic or Futuristic?
Off-topic:
The Download page is a big bright - it's those red blocks of colour for each download link and the text on the "Latest" flashes is blurry. And it could be worth indenting the menu items a bit more to make the hierarchy clearer:

Just checked in Firefox and the links work fine, so it's related to Safari.Sampleconstruct wrote:Mac/Safari 9.0.3/MavericksDarkStar wrote:^^^^

The problem seems to be that Safari can't set up an SSL or TLS connection - simple http:// rather than https:// URLs seem to be OK, but Safari just gives up on my system claiming it "can't establish a secure connection".
Possibly a problem with the SSL certificate? Safari can be a lot less tolerant than other browsers.
EDIT: Certificate looks OK.

It's working fine on a laptop that I don't think has accessed Melda's site before or at least not recently, so probably something is still cached from the old site.
However, Wireshark is coming up with the error being an "inappropriate fallback" following one or two handshake failures.

Deleting all Melda cookies and stored passwords didn't help either, re-entering the URL with http:// does indeed work.
