Biotek midi notes won't turn off

I have a problem where frequently when I put a long note in a midi clip (one that is held the whole length of the clip) the note won't turn off even after I press stop for the song. Anyone else have this? Is there something I can do or is this a bug? I have windows 10 on a surface pro 3.

Under your MIDI devices, there's a checkbox for "Send all-controllers off when playing stops" - have you got that set? The problem is that this is optional (probably should be default?); but if you stop while a note is playing, there is no "note-off" event.
(Unless this is a bug in Biotek where it doesn't recognize all-controllers-off ).

Hi koreski.phil, what patch are you using? (The note handling varies between them).
Can send an issue to us via support so we can investigate further. To do this go to our website and click the "Support" button in the bottom left. Type anything into the search box and you'll see a "Leave us a message" button appear. We can then get the issue to the relevant team.

For some reason it's working just fine now. I'll contact customer support if I have any more issues.
