Keep windows from exceeding main menu bar on OS X? [Solved]

I'm too dumb to find the solution and I did search for it, it's kinda annoying on 13" screen and I believe I'm not only one bothered by it, so there's probably some easy fix, care to help out?

go to Mulab Menu / Manage Shortcuts. Click ADD, click in the Shortcut text box and choose your prefered key combination, then click in the Function textbox and go to Specific / Custom Window / Move To Top-Left. Bingo
