FR: Downsampler

I'm looking for a downsampler feature in any of the Melda plugins, but I can't seem to find one. Just a simple feature that runs the audio stream thru a sample rate of any choice. Maybe MBitFun would be a good candidate for this feature? This would be very nice to have available in Mxxx.

Maybe it's already available, but I haven't found it? (I own MTotalBundle)

MMultibandDistortion has it. Although you can't select the sample rate exactly, you can downsample.
