Bug: 9.21 Side chain EQ in M/Multiband/Dynamics seems not to work

Melda 9.21, Reaper x64 5.18, Win7 x64, VST2
Engaging the side chain equalizer graph and adjusting parameters is not having any effect for me, whether in listen mode or not.
The min/max/resonance parameters (separate from the eq) do work.
Thanks for you help!

Your project is OK here- after I had enabled the Sidechain for both bands
I'm not too sure what that little speak button does.
------------------------
PS Would it be good if the Side-chain Equalizer graph frequency range matched that of its band? E.g 445Hz to 20KHz in your project?

Hi DarkStar, thanks for checking it out. The speaker allows you to hear the sidechain (whether internal or external) and the eq adjustments that you make to it. In previous versions the "Enable" button in the side chain panel did not need to be on for the EQ graph to have effect (only that needed to be enabled). For me, whether the "Enable" is on or off it still doesn't work. With extreme eq graph shapes, I cannot hear a change, nor is there a level difference in the detector display (speaker button in or out).
I have also just tested in IL Minihost both 32 and 64bit with MMBDynLarge. Same result.
Strange, I wonder what is going on for me.

Works here as well. Anyways I think you are simply not hearing what's needed. So I changed your project a little (attached). Make sure you have MOScillator installed. It generated 400Hz sine wave. Open the project, select band 2, open Eq, move the eq band and see how the vertical line showing the level in the compressor changes.

9.22 its working for me, thanks a lot!
(Strangely still wasn't working in 9.21 after trying your project, but of course no longer an issue.)
