Presswerk strange behavior with scrolling.

I kept wondering why parameters in Presswerk were suddenly unlinked (even wondering why factory presets were like this), and now I've figured it out. If i use the scroll wheel the change a knob in Presswerk, the left and right channels don't move together (but they aren't completely separate either, which is very strange).

I would assume this is unintended since there's no mention of this in the manual. I made a short video showing the behavior:

Edit: OK I tested this is Reaper and the scroll wheel works as it should. The weird unlinked bug is in Pro Tools 10.3.10.
