Chris Hein Pro Horns "out of tune!"

I have the compact Chis Hein horns and the pro horns. I have no issue with the compact - they sound great . The sections in the pro horns while they do sound realistic, some are really badly out of tune. I know you can go in and physically tune each of the notes in the scale but that seems a bit tedious to me . Any ideas ??

How the hell do you get the pitch bend wheel in any of the CHein Horns to act like a normal pitch wheel ??
I know you can set it to doit up and down etc.....- but I want to just bend the pitch manually

Any ideas ??
