I was just about to record a quick snippet of a work in progress for a friend, but have run into some odd behaviour I have not seen before.
I have three tracks - MIDI out to a hardware synth, MIDI out to a drum module, and MIDI activating a virtual synth.
I use a hardware mixer. All track audio comes to the channels on that.
I notice that when I hit record, the virtual instrument plays during the count-in, but not during the actual recording. I have no idea why. I can't see anything in my settings to explain this. Am I missing something?
SOLVED PLEASE DELETE Recording mutes a virtual instrument track
