i use FL Studio 11 X86 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Sylenth wasn't working no matter what i did, it didn't matter what version or if it was X64 or X86.
apparently avg blocks sylenth in windows 7 through the DAW, so adding an exception for your DAW .exe file
in AVG's advanced settings fixed it for me. maybe its the same with other DAWs and anti-viruses.

Some virus scanners may detect Sylenth1 v3.0 as a false positive because of its new copy protection. Both Sylenth1 and the installer are digitally signed, so they can not be modified by a virus. Therefore it is safe to add it to your virus scanners exclusion list if your virus scanner is blocking it.
