Q: MXXX / single-module presets

I have noticed that some of the presets in MXXX load a single FX module (e.g. Cocktail ninja).

What is the advantage of using these in MXXX over the equivalent settings in the individual plug-ins?

None, but you can change it afterwards. It is more like a preset with controls. And when you think about it, the well known equalizers and stuff are just that - some settings of a versatile eq like the ones in MXXX with controls.
