Purchased Everything-bundle some hours ago.
NEVER ever experienced so much trouble in getting a license file.
After clicking a 100 times the Send Request button (BTW was not sure in the first place, if the download will happen immediately or per email), most of the time there's simply NOTHING.
Sometimes I get mail with my serial without license file, and 1 single time, I don't know why, a license file was attached. BUT, you guessed it, now I get the annoying message of an incorrect license file and that I should download the license again.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and extremely annoying. Trying for hours to get this thing to work and still nothing. Why are you not able to provide a valid license file in an acceptable easy way ??
Don't know what to do now ... ???

Tried again 50 times, and apparently the license only gets attached to the email if I choose "Windows". If "MacOSX" is chosen I get a nice email with my serial (sometimes) but with no license attached. Weekend ruined ;-((

Another day passes by and I' m not able to use Synthmaster. No matter what I try, no license file gets attached to the email which I receive after clicking license "Send request" on the User Area page with MacOSX selected (even tried on iPad) ... No reaction from the developers either - what a support !
Can anybody on MacOSX tell me if you get a license file attached to the email you receive after requesting ? Thank You !

Use the 'Contact Us' form on their homepage. That way you message goes right to Bulents mobile phone.

The last time I checked (on windows) the license file was generated and downloaded from web, no email attachment.

ad 1) Bulent seems not to care much since I did that last saturday ...
ad 2) Funny, when I select Windows, I get an email with the Windows-license attached (doesn't work on MacOSX of course) but, as stated before, no license when MacOSX is selected.
Could anybody try on MacOSX, please ? Thank you ...
