I created a synthwaveARP patch. The problem I have is that the filter env is only working on the first note when using the ARP.For a better understanding I uploaded the patch.

This might indeed be a bug in Diva related to Note Priority set to 'last' (not entirely sure about it yet), thanks for spotting that. I will create a bug report for that.
It will only happen as long as you play a single note, if you hold two or more notes, the envelope will retrigger correctly.
To have Diva play the patch the way you want it to play, you can either set Note Priority to 'lowest' or 'highest' instead of 'last'. Or you could switch the Voice Mode from 'mono' to 'poly'. You might have to lower the release time of envelope 1 a bit to achieve the exact same sound, if you set it to poly.
