i just installed autoalign demo and its just passing signal, bypassing completely. I restarted computer and it persisted. what gives?

I just tried in PT and Logic and both seem working just fine. Please try restarting your computer and reinstalling the plugin. Also note that MAutoAlign does NOT do anything to the audio! You need to use it on multiple tracks and even then single track will sound the same anyway. Please check this video about MAutoAlign:
