Does anyone know how to access the free upgrade to T7? I can't find a discount code or coupon with the offer.

There is no free upgrade. It's $30 for everyone also the people with a free T4 (Upgrade offer access returns to T5 and T6 on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 PST) tho they made T5 FREE now..
