stretching audio, step and midi clips SOLVED

Is it possible to stretch audio, step and midi clips?
eg stretch a 1 sec audio clip so that it is 1.1 secs
and
eg stretch a 4 beat midi clip that lasts 1 sec so that it is 1.1 secs long

and same for a step clip

this can be very handy to play loops phasing in time against each other
