u-he Communication Appreciation Thread

It was just a few months ago I finally got around to trying out (and falling in love with) some u-he plugins. I only stop by once in a while, but every time I do it amazes me a little how transparent, communicative, and receptive Urs, Viktor, Sascha & co. are with their user base. I really haven't seen this sort of thing with any other developer. Can you imagine how much unrest could be dissolved if the Ableton team would just tell their customers what they're planning, and what they're working on, and what the potential setbacks are, etc.?

I've always been pleased with the support from Soundtoys and Izotope, to name a couple. And sure there are lots of developers with dedicated KVR forums who I'm probably not giving their due credit, but I've never seen this level of involvement before from a developer with such a big user base.
