Hello,
Any chance to get this added?
I've been using my MPC to trigger plug ins in Tracktion (since T2).
Would love to use the MPC's Clock as a tempo source for plugins.
Thanks

Are you asking for an independent tempo input that you can somehow route to plugins?
Or just to use the MPCs MIDI clock for your usual tempo?

In the edit screen, there is a Timecode menu at the bottom-left.
You should be able to set your timecode input device to wherever your MPC is connected to.

Don't have T7 in front of me, however historically this has been for Midi Time Code and Midi Machine Control only (not midi clock)

I have tried everything, it 100% cannot slave to midi clock.jayzotos wrote:Don't have T7 in front of me, however historically this has been for Midi Time Code and Midi Machine Control only (not midi clock)
It receives it, perfectly, however it's not an option in the midi settings, anywhere.
100% want to see this in the next update.
Would also be nice to see more modern tempo implementation across the board:
- ability to map Edit tempo to Midi CC
- ability to tap tempo via Midi Note
- ability to master and slave to Ableton Link
Thanks

Does the MIDI card itself have any setup properties? I have a Creative Sound card, and it appears NOT to have that as an option, but I may not have installed all the utilities when I moved it from the last computer to this one...

I've tried it with multiple midi devices.
Tracktion does not slave to midi clock.
Ideally, the entire edit should slave to midi clock.
FYI - this is an option on other DAWs. Some do not offer as it is a low resolution tempo source.
Nonetheless, I do want to see this in Tracktion.
