Noob question about preset navigation

I looked for help but didn't find it so I apologize if this has been discussed already.

I just bought Synthmaster Factory. The first time I ran the standalone version the up/down keys would move to previous/next preset in browser view.

All the sudden they no longer work. The mouse wheel doesn't move up/down presets either.

Any ideas?

Ai am runnning Windows 7 Pro Service Pack 1, 16 GB ram, I7-4770K oc'd to 4.5 GHz, 3 SSD drives & I use an MBox 3rd generation USB audio interface.

I also use an Apple Macbook Air to tinker around with 'auditioning' presets. The up/down keys WORK on OSX.

Also, I really dig SynthMaster. I own a lot of software and I like it as well as all my other soft synths.

You should set the focus to the plugin window first to make the up/down keys work.

Also, for some DAWs up/down keys don't work.
