PC system requirements according to u-he.com:
Current PC
Modern CPU (Sandy Bridge architecture or newer recommended)
Windows 7 or newer
1GB RAM, more recommended
60MB free disc space
display 1000x600px and up
Not sure whether the above is "comfortable requirements".
For "pipeline requirements", assume the same or slightly higher for the forseeable future.

I use Dell i3 laptop and only have the 2nd BETA version of Repro 1, one instance is useable as long as you dont go mad with long reverbs and the like, two instances is pushing it. The full release is meant to be a lot better on the cpu though. Just get the most specced laptop you can, a strong cpu is a must for Repro1

AMD''s are perfectly fine. You just need to get the fastest you can afford, even after the recent changes.hakey wrote:Thanks.
AMD CPU's aren't recommended, then?
(I hate buying technology - far too much research)

While Repro uses quite a bit for a single voice a single or even a couple of instances can't choke my cpu as Diva while playing chords.

Is this using just a single core?rod_zero wrote:While Repro uses quite a bit for a single voice a single or even a couple of instances can't choke my cpu as Diva while playing chords.
I twigged that Urs recommended a quadcore not for single instances of Repro, but for stuff like Diva where multicore comes in useful. Which means more cost. Oh well.
