Hi Melda,

let me start by saying that I love your plugins - thank good it was black friday recently so I could afford some more ;-)
I was playing around with presets and fiddling with parameters...and with all that wobbling basses and morphing sounds around I would like to suggest a feature:
1. The User has found or created two presets A and B for a certain plugin.
2. The User wants to blend over / morph from preset A to preset B
Blending probably controlled by non-linear curve, LFO, env, velocity,...
3. The User selects both presets in the preset window and calls function "Create new Preset with Automorph"
4. The Plugin then creates a new preset with the parameters automatically set. Voila...

To me it sounds quite intriguing. But I bet it would also be a challenge to be implemented in a meaningfull way...

P.S.: Yes I did some search on the internet before writing this feature request. But I haven't been able to find a exact match to my request though there are some similar posts...

I believe what you want exists. Create up to four patches you like in the a, b, c, d snapshots in the far right of the plugin. Select e, f, g or h snapshot. Click the morph snapshot button below the snapshots, if I recall it looks like a grid of four boxes and is just below the snapshot buttons.

The morph window should appear allowing you to seamlessly morph between a,b,c and d. The result is stored in whatever snapshot you selected before you clicked on the morph button, so e,f,g or h.

It can't be automated. That's not what its purpose is, but it works perfectly for this task.
Hope that helps.

Thanks vectorwarrior...I knew I have overlooked something ;-) These plugins are just crazy in their feature richness!
But if I got you right there's no way to autmate the morphing...right?

Morph button lets you morph between the A, B, C and D settings. Morphing only affects those parameters that can be automated or modulated; that does include most of the parameters however. When you click this button, an X/Y graph is shown allowing you to drag the position indicator to any position between the letters A, B, C and D. The closer you drag the indicator to letter 'A' for example, the closer the actual settings are to preset A.

Please note that this will overwrite and change the preset that is currently selected, so it is best to select a new preset e.g. 'E', then use the morphing method. This way you will define the settings for A, B,C and D, morph between them, and store the result in 'E' without any modification of the original A, B, C and D presets.

The ABCD morphing itself cannot be automated, instead the underlying parameters of the plugin can be automated. ??? Therefore if one of the ABCD presets is changed after morphing has been automated, it will make no difference to the recorded automation.
The last sentence needs clarifying, though ;)

OK, so this is how to do it:

1. Add ALL parameters in the plugin to 1 multiparameter.
2. Switch the multiparameter to banks mode.
3. Save this multiparameter as a preset so you can easily recall it again later.
4. Load a preset or change the parameters around to your liking to create state A.
5. Now open up the multiparameter and in bank 1 click the save icon (looks like a floppy disk)
This has basically loaded the state of the whole plugin into the bank.
6. Now repeat from step 4 to make a second preset (state B) and save it into bank slot 2.

This multiparameter will now morph between the two presets and can be modulated too!

Warning! This can often sound VERY bad. Not all parameters smoothly modulate, some create sound artifacts when moved quickly, others are stepped. So its best to only add the smooth parameters to your banks for smooth results.
Also it can take a massive hit on your CPU!
When done correctly it can sound very good. You also don't have to stop at just 2 banks you can morph between up to 64 banks!

Thank you for the hint, jmg8!
Though it's a bit cumbersome to add all parameters by hand, I think this is the way to go.
Crazy, what this melda guy has built into the plugins already. I bet it would take years to find all features...;-)

Best Regards

Plan B - just add the several that you want to change (as there are likely to be tens or hundreds that you would not want to change).
