Rack with MidiSplit kills Pedal controller

Hi all,
i managed to set up a Rack with 3 zones on my keyboard using MidiKeySplit and MidiFilter Plugins. Thus i get a bass sound on the lower octaves, PadEffects on the middle (overlapping with bass) part and some high Effectsound/Gimmick at the same time.

However my "middle" synth, CRx4 doesn´t recognise my pedal anymore.
The same patch with a single instance of the same CRX4-patch works fine on my keyboard.

What am i doing wrong?
