Rhythm control for drums as in Big Bang?

For those who are not good drummers this would be a great addition, as it would allow for quick and decent drumming without the need for proper midi drumkit. Basically what it does is delays events enough to synchronize them on the next beat. I thought I could use big bang vst as an event processor without outputting any audio, but it doesn't forward any events (every vst has an event output by default so I assumed it would work). I then tried to make it with MUX but find it limiting, delay module alone won't be enough to achieve this.
