configuration Audio device on windows 10 ??

Hello , My tracktion audio device not work

I have a behringuer QX1002 (usb) and -ASIO4ALL- and windows 10, but don´t wort

with audio device -Windows Audio- and -DirecSound- it works , ...it's funny
But with Asio4all and Behringuer , not !

Windows tells me that there is another program using the device when I do a test (in windows)
In the Test of tracktion, nothing

I can record, but I do not hear what I recorded before

What have I got wrong ??

You have make sure you have only the (to main outputs) button on the mixer if you are using the main TRS outlets and select the other red button if you are using the AV outputs to hear sound on this mixer and when you playback remember to turn the mix control knob all the way to the USB side to hear the DAW.

I have connected the monitor (I only have one) to the -main output-, then connect the button -to main mix- of behringuer and OK , I have sound
But now, the input does not work,...I can not record

I've put the monitor on the -Crtl room out- and connect the button -to phones / crtl RM- and now yes !... now I can record ! ... and listen to the recorded

I had a bad cord fault too ( the monitor )
I need to buy something better
