How do I modulate meta-parameters in MUX?

Hi,

I'd like to use an LFO and Wobbler to modulate a meta-parameter that's controlling a big bunch of VST parameters.

Is this even possible?

Not directly but you can do it via a trick: In the parent MUX insert a Parameter Event Generator towards that meta-parm and then modulate that PEG.

Thanks, I got it to work!

Man I wish I had known about MUX long ago - for some reason it isn't listed in VST plugin database as a hosting plugin and I bought a competing product that's twice as expensive and half as useful as MUX...

Oh well, you'll get a customer out of me - this plugin is amazing.

Connect blue output from PEG to blue input of Mux containing vst, double click PEG choose metap# from drop down list

... btw it would be very useful is PEG's could map unto multiple parameters - In the scenario above I have to create a separate PEG for every modulator and a separate metap. mapping for every PEG.

So for example I have Metap#1 that's mapped to 3 VST parameters.

I want to create an LFO, ADSR and wobbler to modulate metap#1. I have to create a total of 9 PEG's to make all the connections (3 modulators x 3 VST parameters modulated by metap#1)

The list of values that you can assign inside the PEG does not actually include a list of MUX Meta-parameters, you have to choose the VST parameters that the meta's are mapped to. Which is more tiresome for the reason stated above this post. But thanks!

Might it be more useful to put your VST in its own separate Mux and then connect things ?
