will T7/6/5/4, 32bit edits open in T7 64bit ok
I was running on win 8.1 32bit, just installed win 8.1 64bit onto new hard drive

Yes, except any 32 bit VSTs you used will need to be swapped out for their 64 bit equivalents. Or wrapped in something like jbridge. You can't use 32 bit vsts in the tracktion 64 bit host, and similarly, can't use 64 bit vsts in the 32 bit version of tracktion.

You can still open the 32 bit version of tracktion on 8.1 64 bit, by the way.
