I know a lot of people ask about wavetables in MPS, so although MPS doesn't have wavetable functionality it can get pretty close. In this tutorial I show you a way to make morphing osc in MPS. I hopefully this will give everyone new ideas to try.

I am quite surprised how well you get the word Chandler to sound only 27 banks. In the past I have tried to copy a speech phrase but it came out bad.
How did you decide where to take the slices from?

It actually wasn't that hard. Just hold down a key and scan through the wav file. When then sound changes a lot use that point as a slice. One thing to remember is that it only comes out clear in certain octaves. If you move it up or down too much it starts to sound like gibberish. I actually did it once before and it sounded much better than what I did in the video, but I forgot to save it. Maybe I was just lucky.jmg8 wrote:I am quite surprised how well you get the word Chandler to sound only 27 banks. In the past I have tried to copy a speech phrase but it came out bad.
