I don't know what happens but I found out that if having open a MeldaMultiAnalyser.
All the keyboard commands like play and stop (spacebar) and sometimes even mouse clicks don't do nothing.
Had hard time to figure out what it was and it is this!!!
I have the v11 never happened this before, but its true.
More load on Vojtech or on Reaper developers?
Anyway hope you can figure it out.

It's actually normal, it depends on the OS and host basically and sadly the situation is REALLY complex 
. In fact it is basically impossible to fully solve it on the plugin's side. However try going to Settings and disable keyboard input. It will make the plugin windows ignore everything, so you won't be able to use keys, but in most cases it seems that hosts start picking up the keyboard messages from the system. Depends on the system though, on Windows this usually works well, OSX is a mystery, every hosts works different ways, often the exact opposite ones ...
