I have latest Reaper and latest Hive, its fine when I play with keyboard, but when I write it in midi sequencer it starts making glitches, I have Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 set to 16ms and win7 64bit sp1 32gb ram
Any help? Thanks

Pretty common issue with Scarlett interfaces, especially (if not only?) with the first generation models. You'll find a couple of threads here in our sub forum about this, e.g.

With the smaller USB powered models (2i2 etc.) there was a fairly reliable fix: install a beta driver. AFAIK noone reported issues with the bigger models (6i6 etc.) yet, so I don't know if installing the latest beta driver from 2016 is also the solution to fixing the crackles in your case.
But the beta driver includes a firmware upgrade and several "streaming improvements" (see linked page for details), so I'd definitely give it a try and see if things take a turn to the better: http://beta.focusrite.com/releases/scarlett_mixcontrol/
In any way, "it's not Hive".
