At it shows what appears to be a plugin rack embedded above an EQ and the piano roll.
So far I haven't found this to be possible. Is it? Anyone tell me how?

It's not actually embedded, Woody has just opened a Rack window and resized it to fit above the MIDI editor.
The EQ is selected in the Rack so appears in the Rack's properties panel.
