So, this question may help me figure a thing or two out. I downloaded the big update that came down today, and I see there is a edit file that loaded into Waveform automatically, called Woody D&B. I think it's a nice introductory piece, plays ok on my system.
My question is, when I play this file, I am getting about 75-80% CPU useage. Things didn't choke but they were hitting red on the little meter.
What are you folks getting when you play this file, and are my results normal? I want to know if my machine is acting right or if I should have better CPU readings than I am getting.
Thank you!

I don't seem to have that one. I searched my C drive and the nearest I've got is You Can't Take My Boyfriend's Woody by The Angels.
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

It was added as a demo song in 2.0.23.
I guess it depends what type of CPU have. I have a 3.7 GHz Quad Core Xeon E5 and I'm around 40% CPU with 256 sample block size.

It takes about 25% of my MacBook Pro's 2.4GHz Haswell i7 at 44.1KHz, 256 buffer size.
Can you open the resource window (by clicking the cpu meter in the top right) and seeing what the load distribution is like?
