Ableton convert, best replacement for drum racks + simpler?

I was already very intrigued with T7 after demoing about a month ago, as it seem to suit my workflow as a computer musician even better than Live. I saw that Waveform just launched and am completely blown away by the enhanced design and midi editing/composition features! You have a new convert!
The main thing I am missing though are Live's drum racks. Basically an easy way to mux drum samples to multiple instances of a sampler with a single midi control. Maybe I haven't dug deep enough, but I don't see an easy way to do this out of the box.
1. Can this be set up through plugin racks? I didn't see anything obvious in the plugin rack presets with the default sampler.
2. What about collective? I couldn't figure out how to import my own samples/create my own instruments.
3. Is a 3rd party VST the best option? I'm totally open to buying a drum sampler to fill this need, though I'd like to keep it under $100 USD.
Thanks!

I kinda went right to number 3., but you can use the 1. Tracktion/Waveform sampler for single hit drums meaning not layered or round robins........ I tried one time to load up 16 instances of Sampler in a rack and did NOT have good results , so it's not a multi out , layer type .... I have 3 of the samplers that I mentioned , Poise and Battery 4 are the easiest to use , Poise is the easiest , Battery 4 is a close 2nd ... Redux is a little complicated but is very powerful . I haven't used it much though . DiscoDSP Bliss seems really cool but haven't tried it yet , it can Sample you VSTi instruments ... All of them have there strengths and weaknesses even Lives or Bitwigs Drumracks have theres too ....
