Can not Log in to Tracktion or reset my Password

Hi there,
I have tried to log in to Tracktion to check Waveform and the possibility to purchase, but When I follow the instruction:

Please Note: all customers with licenses before Waveform will need to click to reset your password below.

I get the following message:

We're unable to send the password reset email.

So I follow the "Contact Support" link and when I try to log in or reset my password there. I get an error there too and if I try to reset my password I get yet another message saying

You cannot reset your password

What am I doing wrong here?

Same problem here, haven't been using my Tracktion account for quite some time. Mailed to support@tracktion.com about this problem.
