ETA on being able to use "Unlock Offline" again?

I've been able to register the products I have bought that use online registration (Waveform, Collective, DAW Essentials) with no issues. Unfortunately (at last on Linux) Master Mix and the Micro Synths require being unlocked offline. The "Unlock Offline" page continues to say "This page is currently offline for maintenance." When will I be able to get these registered so I can use them, and might there be another way to do it?

Brian will be able to offer more info on this but it's worth pointing out that if you're using Waveform, you don't need to unlock those plugins, they are embedded in to the app under the "Tracktion Plugins" menu.

Ah, I see this now. As these had been available separately in my downloads section, I installed them separately and was loading those installed versions. If I load them from the "Waveform Plugins" they are registered. I'll delete the .so files from my .vst folder. edit: on the other hand, I may want to use Master Mix and the synths in another DAW, so I suppose I would need to unlock them for that...
Then on to the question of why Collective takes so long to load in Waveform on Linux (when first adding it to a track or when loading a project that contains Collective), but not in other Linux DAWs? I'm enjoying Waveform and Collective, but it is frustrating to wait 45 seconds for a plugin or project to load.

I think this is related to the large number of parameters Collective has. We've added some optimisations for this in Waveform so it should load a lot faster in the next version. I purchased the upgrade to T7 on April 3, 2017, and found I can't unlock it from within the program. I had to switch browsers as the Tracktion site was not behaving with Mozilla Firefox on Windows 10, so I had to make my initial purchase with Google Chrome. That was after going through the whole thing of changing my password with Google Chrome, as that couldn't be done with Firefox. After having changed my password and completing the purchase with Google Chrome, when I tried to register and unlock the program, it told me my password was no longer valid! What?? And of course the unlock offline page is under maintenance. Come on Tracktion people, let's get your act together. This is one of the worst online software purchase and authorization experiences I've ever had.
