First Chord is Sequence cutting out to lowest note

Hey guys I have been having an issue with sylenth for some time now. It happens frequently on my songs and Im hoping to get to the bottom of it finally. Whenever I make a pad sequence it seems that the first run through of the sequence is fine all chords play out but after that every other time the first chord will cut out to the lowest bass note... Im not sure why it does this.
I use fl studios and it seems fine in pattern view but when switching to project mode it does this

Anyone else have this issue or some advice on the matter? It is much appreciated

Solved the problem. Notes were hanging on the end I couldnt see them when I was working on the song yesterday. Welp
