If you freeze one or more tracks (complete tracks, not with a freeze point), the vertical size of those tracks is forced to minimum.
If you then press the "Rescale all tracks to fit on-screen" key (F8 in T7, F6 in Waveform), the track scales are recalculated as if the frozen tracks are normal size, not minimised and thus a gap is left empty at the bottom of the screen.
Bug: Incorrect size rescaling when tracks are frozen.
