There is an updated version of the free MuVerb VST plug-in http://www.mutools.com/galaxa/muverb

This update includes all improvements made to the mu code since the last build of MuVerb VST some years ago. So besides many other improvements, this also includes a much better layout, GUI scaling so to match monitor resolution/eye comfort and a 64 bit version for both Windows and MacOS.

If you would encounter any issue, please let me know.

Does the Decay parameter of Muverb in the VST and within Mulab only go 70% from 100% or am I missing something ?

Yes. When MuVerb was built i assumed that lower values would result in too short reverbs. Maybe lower values would still be useful, but simply changing the minimum now would result in an incompatibility with existing projects/presets. Maybe i'll work more on this aspect in a future version. For now the minimum decay is set at 70%. (FYI: the % is related to the feedback of the internal delay lines)

Thanks for that! I remember asking some time ago (actually more than a year, can't remember really...) asking for a 64-bit version. Great that you took the time to make one.

Hello,

Is muverb vst totally free or is it a demo?

I've installed muverb in Ardour in order to obtain the same drums sound as in mulab, but from time to time I hear the same seashore sound that you can hear in Mulab demo.

I noticed there's a file called Muverb.id in the folder. I wondered if it was to differentiate the registered/unregistered version. Or something.

What do you get when you do "About MuVerb"? I get this (and it's totally free):

It might be worth re-downloading the ZIP and cleaning your installed version out with a fresh one. You need the whole ZIP content in a folder and your DAW needs to see that folder when looking for VSTs. (Remember not to put it in a Windows write-protected directory like under C:\Program Files - it may cause problems.)
