A few questions re purchasing Synthmaster One:
1. I own Synthmaster Player. Is there a crossgrade price for that, or does that price apply to only the full version of SM?
2. I work at a university, and am applicable for the academic discount. There is also a 20 % discount if one signs up for the newsletter, a 10 % discount at the purchase page, and a spring sale going on. It's all very nice
2.5. I haven't downloaded the demo as I'm afraid it will mess up the purchasing process (since I don't really understand the process). Is it suitable to download a demo and make a purchase afterwards and can I thus still enjoy the discounts (or is there an alternative download version for academic pricing or so)?
3. Since I haven't been able to download the demo: From the screen shots it seems like SM One is not just "synth-y" but also more of a sound module in general (think JV1080 or Proteus). Is this a correct assumption? I feel there is a great lack of sound modules/romplers today and don't want huge GB sound libraries.
Thanks!
