I got the email today suggesting a "Yuge" 25% discount on upgrades.
But the discount code does not work on any upgrade package.
I am with T since Version 3, now on 7.
Anybody else has this?

Same thing here. You have the option to apply the discount in the cart, and again at checkout. Neither one seems to work. You then have the option to REMOVE the discount code, which then "removes" the discount that didn't get applied in the first place.
... and entering it in conventional Upper/lower case doesn't work either.

They may have fixed it. I just used the discount code successfully about 15 minutes ago.

But is it just me or doesn't the code take off 25 % but only 20 %. It took 10 usd off a standatd upgrade I put into the basket.

I am seeing a $3.95 transaction fee (on a Waveform Basic upgrade). Do they have to charge VAT to folks purchasing from the States?murnau wrote:It take off 25% but than add a "Transaction Fee" think it's VAT.MountainKing wrote:But is it just me or doesn't the code take off 25 % but only 20 %. The discount code also reduces their "Transaction Fee." At least, it does for me. I'm seeing an order total of $41.45.tonedef71 wrote:I am seeing a $3.95 transaction fee (on a Waveform Basic upgrade). I don't think they have to charge us this fee, but they do. I checked my T7 purchase, and it had the additional fee, too.

Yes, I got this transaction fee as well. But only 10 bucks off (which is 20 %).

Also it would be nice to see that theis "MEMORIAL" code would work for resellers (like jrrshop) as well. But I think it doesn't.
