I was in need of a crossfade plugin, and I saw that MRatio was part of Melda's free bundle, so I downloaded the whole free pack, and loaded it in FL and they work fine when loaded into the mixer. However, when I load them into Patcher, FL completely freezes. Does anybody have any ideas?
OS: Windows 7 (Latest updates)
DAW: FL Studio 12.4.2 (Latest update)
Plugin: Melda's MRatio V11 (Latest update)
Would anybody be able to recreate this problem or am I the only one?
Melda plugins freeze inside of FL's Patcher

I just tried both 12.4.2 and the 12.5 beta of FLS and had no freezing or lockup problems with MRatio.
I placed Patcher in random inserts in the mixer and then dragged MRatio from the Browser into the opened Patcher window. I did NOT have anything else in either Patcher, but toying with the knobs and settings did NOT cause any kind of crash.
What else did you have included in your Patcher? The mixer track? How were things routed to or from the mixer track that contained Patcher?

Ok, very interesting. Kinda drives me crazy that it works for you and not for me. I downloaded the beta just now to try it out to see if it would work for me, and it still froze. What OS are you on? I'm on Windows 7 so maybe that has something to do with it?
For my patcher, it's completely blank. Everything in the session completely blank. I open up a new patcher, and I throw MRatio into it, and it doesn't freeze yet. I can drag the plugin around patcher, I can hook up a synth and run it through MRatio and sound will go through it. But once I open it up to tweak some knobs, it freezes instantly. It doesn't actually crash, it freezes. I can't touch any knobs on anything inside FL after that.

I'm afraid it works here too. Try contacting FL for support, the problem will likely be there anyways. Feel free to send me some project that does that, maybe there's something in it that drives it. But FL would be better anyways as they know about the "crazy" options one may enable.
