Awaiting MuLab 7 code

Hi,

I sent an email to infodesk yesterday and am trying to get hold of a code for MuLab 7. The MuLab 6 code was bought by my university and I paid for the upgrade, which can explain why I never got my upgrade code. How can I proceed? (RIght now, my MuLab 7 copy is limited to the free version.)
