midi not working

My midi keyboard is not working in tracktion 5. It works only from the keys g2 and up. The rest of the keys don't show any input. I don't know why this happens. Is there any solution?

See if MIDI-OX is detecting all MIDI notes from your controller. That will rule out your hardware. If the same thing happens here, fix the problem with your keyboard or MIDI drivers.
If that is all good, then double check your Tracktion setup. Start with a fresh blank project.
