Synthmaster 2.8 Polyphony issue

Hi guys, I bought this software yesterday, I have a doubt here

In some presets that seems to be "mono" the transition to other notes when I make glissandros is inexistent so the notes doesn't sound

Like for example, in the factory presets, a sound called "70's lead" when I try to make a scale with the midi keyboard the rest of the notes doesn't sound, just the first one I touched.

How do I solve this problem?

BTW when I try to load the online presets it says "invalid session"
