Evening,
What vst or similar do folk recommend these days, to use Impulse Responses in Waveform?
Preferably a freebie, at least at first, so I can hear if the IRs i've got actually sound how i'd like. I'd buy a decent IR "player" if necessary, but I'm guessing there's things available these days to play them as freebies.
Thanks
Using Impulse Response patches in Waveform

I like this one: http://www.siraudiotools.com/sir1.php
In Win7 x64 it works well via JBridge. https://jstuff.wordpress.com/jbridge/

grab nebula vst from acoustik audio. it's the best. another ones which are worthy mentioning are rematrix by overload and free nadir vst. That sir1 takes too much cpu without giving any benefit over nebula. And valhallareverb is superb.
samplitude is the best daw for me. To have studio like sound before asking questions on any audio forums in the internet please read the book by alex unlocking fx creative potential
