comb module (dissonant mode), FM, ring modulation... these all produce in-harmonic sounds used to craft cymbals... good luck, it's not that easy to get "realistic" sounding ones

Try the attached, then edit to taste (especially the oscillator effects).
Most of the work is done by OSC2. Use Breath control to add OSC1, which gives the sound more body.
