SampleTank 3 crashing T7.2.1

Every time I open this one edit with two instances of ST3, and start to play the track a bit, T7 crashes. It happens whether I have one or two instances active, and it happens whether I'm using the VST2 or the VST3. It also happens regardless of whether I set my audio buffer low (96 samples) or high (1024 samples). What's weird is, I've used ST3 before without difficulty. The only thing different about this edit is that I imported a piece of MIDI from somebody else who also uses T7.2.1, but on a Mac. Could there be something in his MIDI file that's jacking me up?

Here's what the relevant message from the log file says:

I have no idea what this means; anybody able to shed any light?

Thanks in advance!
