Give Billy a hand - Oxygen8 & T on ibook

I've seen a few posts on this before but what is the current support like for the Oxygen 8 working with Tracktion in OSX?

Billy is a friend of mine in Louisville. He just called me this afternoon to say that he bought Tracktion on my recommendation months ago. I'm happy for him because I think it's much better on system resources than Garageband etc. We all know how wonderful Tracktion is to use when you actually want to get something done.

I'm a little concerned because he should at least see some input but no luck so far. I'm 2 hours away so thought I'd post and ask for some help. Suggestions?

He's using an ibook running 10.3.
