Hello,
i'd like to report that MUX Step Sequencer and Sequence Player are problematic in FL Studio. i have submitted a report on Image-Line's forum here. i tested on a couple of other DAWs (Tracktion and Zynewave Podium) and found no issue.
If i monitor notes in FL Studio's pianoroll, then the MUX Sequencers do operate correctly. As soon as FL Studio's transport is engaged, however, the DAW crashes. i'm not absolutely certain, but the crash didn't occur in a previous release of FL Studio, and i'm not sure how many versions ago that was.
Thanks for your time.

I've researched this issue and found that FLS is giving ambiguous info to VST plugins which confuses MUX VST hence the 'hang' issue. I've improved MUX so it properly handles such VST host ambiguity. That new MUX version will be available soon here on the MuTools forum, stay tuned. About the FLS ambiguity: FLS tells the plugin that cycle is on but at the same time it tells the plugin there are no valid cycle start and end points. Feel free to forward this info to the FLS team. They can contact me about this if they need more info. Thx for reporting this!

Do you mean the news about the latest update, or of Mutools software in general? If the latter, then i'm happy to make the recommendation, to friends and in relevant forums. MUX is fantastic, a very powerful plugin that should be a staple in everyone's VST directory.
It's my favourite environment for wavetable synthesis. Far more flexible than, say Serum, and with a much more accessible price. Aside from the Multi-Form Oscillator, the Granular Player and the Modular Feedback Delay modules offer a lot of powerful potential.
As i don't own a copy of Mulab, i'm unable to make an informed recommendation, where appropriate. i'm quite satisfied with FLS as my host DAW.
May your software receive the well-deserved attention and clientele that it's due.
